Both adult-use and medical cannabis are legal in the state of Colorado.
Colorado has the greatest number of dispensaries. The state allows any adult with a government-issued ID to purchase cannabis from a recreational dispensary if they are 21 or older. However, there are some dispensaries in Colorado that are for medical cannabis patients only (cannabis pharmacies).
